About Claim Titan
Claim Titan was born out of real frustration with the tools available to claims professionals. So we built the platform we always wanted.

The Story
I got into the claims industry right out of college, working alongside a public adjuster building a new practice. Over the next several years, I worked across multiple states managing property claims from first inspection through final settlement. I saw firsthand how much time gets burned on the operational side of claims, time that should go toward actually helping policyholders.
I tried everything. Stacks of paperwork, shared drives full of spreadsheets, project management tools that were never designed for claims. I even tried the adjusting-specific platforms and found they either missed critical pieces or forced me to change my workflow to fit their software. That was backwards.
I have a background in software engineering, so I started building my own solution. Not as a business venture, just as a better way to manage our claims. The focus from day one was configurability. I wanted a system that could adapt to how any firm works, not just mine. I used early versions of what became Claim Titan to manage real claims for years before ever considering making it available to others.
The difference was immediate. Hours saved every week on routine management. Fewer things falling through the cracks. More time to focus on what actually matters: working claims and getting policyholders fair outcomes. In 2018, I shifted focus to building Claim Titan into a full platform for other claims professionals who were dealing with the same frustrations I had.
If you have been looking for claims software that was built by someone who actually worked claims, you found it.
Our Founding Principles
These are not marketing talking points. They are the commitments we operate by every day, and the standard we hold ourselves to.
We will never sell your data. We will never share it with third parties. AI features are completely opt-in, and your claim data is never used to train models. When you delete something, it is gone. Privacy is not a feature we market. It is a line we do not cross.
This is not a generic CRM with an insurance skin. Every feature, every workflow, every data model was designed around how claims actually work. Settlements, supplements, carrier timelines, policyholder communication. The platform understands the domain because the person who built it lived it.
Every firm works differently. Different workflows, different terminology, different priorities. Claim Titan is configurable from the ground up. Custom fields, custom templates, custom processes. The software adapts to how you work, not the other way around.
AI tools in Claim Titan handle the tedious work. Policy extraction, weather research, document analysis. But you are always in control. Every AI suggestion goes through your review before it touches the claim file. You are the professional. The AI just saves you time on the parts that used to take hours.
These principles guided how we built the platform, and they guide every decision we make going forward.

Why It Matters
Most software companies build products for industries they have never worked in. They interview a few customers, hire consultants, and ship something that looks good in a demo but falls apart in the field. We know because we used those products for years.
Claim Titan was built differently. It was built by someone who managed real claims, dealt with real carriers, and needed real tools. Every design decision comes from actual experience, not market research. When something does not work for a claims professional, we feel it too.
That matters when you are choosing a platform to run your business. You want to know that the people behind it understand the pressure of carrier deadlines, the complexity of supplements, the reality of managing dozens of claims at once. We do. Because we were there.
